I agree with the others. You want to look for someone that is smarter, and even a "jack of all trades" type. Lots of back ground in all sorts of work areas. Just a thought from my experiences.

You should definitely hire smart people, who can easily adapt and learn in a quickly changing environment. Invest in your team by conducting internal training, share your knowledge and experience. Don’t just delegate your team, be a part of. Find what drives and motivates each team member to create a strong team that lasts.

If you are the smartest guy in the room, you are doing something wrong. Find people who excel at what your team needs most and hire those people. It might cost you an extra arm and a leg, but it’s one of the best bets you can make.
