	To create an account or sign-in on CrowdHolding you need to log in with one of the Identity Providers we work with. At the time of writing those are the social giants Facebook and Google. The information we get from those 3rd parties about you includes your full name, short name, unique social identifier, profile picture, age or age range, and email address.

1.2 Data You Provide To Us


	You have choices about the information on your account, such as your profile visibility, location, timezone, short biography, professional skills. Additionally you may choose to provide your Ethereum wallet address, links to social media profiles belonging to you, and personal website.

	Posting and Uploading

	We collect personal data from you when you provide, post or upload it to our Website, such as when you fill out forms (e.g. to submit a project) or post comments.

	Your account information is by default fully visible to all users of our services. This includes, in addition to your basic profile, any earned rewards, website activity and created projects. Subject to your settings, it is possible to restrict your account's visibility.

	Upvotes and Comments

	Our services allow viewing information relating to upvotes and comments to both registered and guest users.

3.2 External Processing

	We delegate some of the personal data processing to trusted businesses. Before doing so, we make sure they have the appropriate technical and organizational measures in place and are, therefore, GDPR-compliant.

3.3 Legal Compliance

	We will share personal information outside of CrowdHolding if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is necessary to: meet any applicable law, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud or security issues.

4.1 Access Personal Information

	You can view the information that we store about your activity on our Website in Privacy&Data -> Access Info. Moreover, you can view all your account-related information in Account.

4.2 Update Personal Information

	For your convenience, you can easily update your information to keep it accurate from several places, like your Account

4.3 Delete Personal Data

	You can request to have all of the personal information we store on you deleted at any time. To do so, visit Privacy&Data -> Delete Account and Info.

4.4 Download Personal Data

	You can export a copy of all the data we store on you by navigating to Privacy&Data -> Download Info and pressing the 'Download' button.
5. Other Important Information

5.1 Legal Basis For Data Processing

	We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful basis. Lawful basis include consent (where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g. to deliver the CrowdHolding Services you have requested)) and "legitimate interests". Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object. 5.2 Data Retention

	We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services, meet our legal obligations, or until your account is deleted. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as comments or publicly-accessible information. You will not be able to recover that information later.
